The modern-day, Spanish equivalent to the neighbourhood watering hole, BODEGA Tapas Bar by SABOR quickly enjoyed a cult-like following at its original location at SABOR Downtown. Patrons urged us to expand, so in 2015, we opened our Highlands location, followed soon after by 124 Street, St. Albert, Sherwood Park and Ellerslie, spreading BODEGA goodness across Edmonton and beyond.”
